Thanks so much for stopping by! We’re Rise & Grain Bakehouse, an artisinal bakery and cafe specializing in naturally-leavened sourdough breads. We also offer European-style pastries, sweet treats, and hot beverages!

What started as a stress-relieving passion project has grown in ways we neverĀ would’ve imagined. Thanks to our supporters and loyal customers, Rise & Grain has gone from a home bakery, to a farmer’s market stall, and now our first brick-and-mortar location right in the heart of OTR!

Our mission is to reconnect people with traditionally-made bread and pastries that nourish both body and community. In a relentless world full of fast food and processed junk, we want to remind people to slow down and remember what’s important. We believe good food brings people together and creates meaningful moments.

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 8 am – 5 pm

Wednesday: 8 am – 5 pm

Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm

Friday: 8 am – 4 pm

Saturday: Local farmer’s market 9:30 am – 1 pm (or sooner, depending on product availability), In store 2 pm – 5 pm

Sunday: 12 pm – 4 pm
